Everyone at Journey of Life is part of the family. Each person brings his or her spiritual gifts, abilities, personality and experience to our community. This page shares our paid staff with you. If we tried to list everyone who leads and contributes, we would basically have to publish our church directory!

Robin Beltz

My name is Robin Beltz and I am thrilled to be Journey of Life Lutheran Church’s new Children’s Ministry Director. Originally from Long Island, NY, I have lived in Orlando for twenty-six years where I have raised two wonderful children, Ashley (23) and Timmy (18), and one very spoiled Yorkie named Joey!

I graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Social Science, with a concentration in education. Certified to teach Pre K3 through third grade, I was part of the Orange County Public School system for years and previously taught Physical Education, second and third grade. I have also substituted for several years at all grade levels.

I have spent a large part of my life working with children and cherish the relationships I’ve formed with all of them. I have worked with children as young as two years old, to seniors in high school. In fact, one of my greatest joys is to see how the children I have worked with have grown into wonderful young adults.

Throughout my years of working with children in education, I realized it was more than a career- it is my calling.  My passion is to help all children know God’s love for them. My goal is to provide them with a loving, caring and positive environment in which they can grow and develop spiritually, and I am committed to helping them build and nurture their relationship with God!

I am excited for this opportunity, and I am truly looking forward to getting to know both your children and you!
